The Trans-Global Executive MBA (T-GEMBA) program is an integrated and innovative master's degree program for mid-career and senior executives. The flexible and fast-paced format enables professionals to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 15-months while continuing to work full time.

A carefully designed curriculum integrating globally-focused coursework, a consulting assignment for a major overseas organization and classes abroad, provide participants the opportunity to develop a truly Trans-Global perspective invaluable for meeting the management challenges of the new millennium.

The T-GEMBA curriculum has been carefully designed to sharpen enrolled participants’ abilities to think critically and strategically in the global business environment. It has been designed to leverage the faculty experience and resources available at its California and overseas locations to provide the participant with a business education with a difference. An emphasis is placed on developing practical skills for global decision-making using analytical techniques, case studies, overseas residencies and computer-based simulations and solutions.
